An iPhone screen job starts with the right model, repair option and part. RepairHub keeps those details connected from a walk-in at the counter to the work on your bench and the customer's collection.

    01 / IN PRACTICE

Quote the model in front of you.

Keep repair prices against the models in your shop's catalogue. An iPhone 13 battery replacement and an iPhone 14 screen replacement can have their own price, stock record and estimated repair time.

    02 / IN PRACTICE

    Name the repair option clearly.

If you offer different screen options, use clearly named service types and descriptions. Customers should understand the option they select; a generic screen-repair label should not carry several different promises.

    03 / IN PRACTICE

Check parts before promising a finish.

Review stock, supplier, SKU and configured lead time for the selected repair. Low-stock indicators support your purchasing decision; a part being ordered is not the same as a part being received.

    A practical working day

A screen replacement, from quote to collection.

Keep a quick counter conversation connected to the actual iPhone repair. These are working practices for your shop, not automatic device diagnostics.

    STEP 01

Confirm the exact model and fault.

Check the customer's device before selecting its catalogue entry. Discuss the reported fault and agreed repair option, then create the walk-in record or review the customer's online booking.

    STEP 02

Match the repair to its part record.

Check the model, service type and supplier SKU before fitting or ordering a screen. Keep battery work and other services as their own catalogue entries, with the price and stock appropriate to each.

    STEP 03

Finish the work and the handover.

Move the job through repair and testing, then to collection when it is ready. Review the recorded balance and explain the work carried out when returning the device.

Walk-ins are normal. Online booking is optional and uses the devices and repairs available in your shop's catalogue; it does not guarantee support for every iPhone model or repair.

RepairHub can manage iPhone repairs alongside Android phones, tablets and other devices in the same workshop. Explore our phone repair shop software for the wider repair-shop workflow.

    Screen options, without ambiguity

Keep the part, price and promise aligned.

Different screen options need clear names and accurate descriptions. RepairHub organises the service records; your shop remains responsible for confirming part compatibility, explaining limitations and carrying out its own checks.

    A useful iPhone catalogue check.

    • Confirm the device model before choosing or copying repair entries; a similar product name is not a compatibility check.
    • Use a separate, clearly named service type for an option you need to price and stock separately. Stock belongs to the device-and-repair entry.
    • Record the appropriate SKU, supplier, stock threshold and lead time. Review purchase orders and record receipts yourself.
    • Explain hardware-related limitations directly to the customer. RepairHub does not diagnose Face ID, verify True Tone or certify parts.

    Before you start

    Practical questions.
    Clear answers.

Which iPhone models can customers book?

Customers choose from the devices and active repairs available in your shop's catalogue. Check that the models and services you actually offer are configured before sharing online booking. RepairHub does not promise that every newly released iPhone is automatically ready to book.

Can I price and stock different iPhone screen options?

Yes, using distinct service types attached to a device. Each device-and-repair entry has its own price and stock, with SKU and supplier fields. Name the options clearly and check compatibility yourself; this is a service catalogue, not a specialist screen-compatibility database.

Does low stock automatically place an order with a supplier?

No automatic supplier ordering is promised. Purchasing shows stock levels, thresholds and purchase-order records. Staff review and manage orders, then record quantities and unit costs when parts arrive.

Does RepairHub test Face ID, True Tone or battery health?

No. RepairHub manages the repair business and its job records. Your technicians carry out device diagnostics and testing using their normal tools. Explain relevant repair limitations to the customer rather than relying on the software to detect them.

Can I handle iPhone, Android and tablet jobs together?

Yes. Jobs for devices configured in your catalogue share the same Workshop. Your iPhone repairs do not need a separate workspace from other phone or tablet repairs.

Can I try it with my own iPhone repair services?

Start with a 30-day free trial and configure the devices and repairs your shop offers. A monthly subscription follows the trial; see the current plans and limits before choosing. RepairHub does not add a platform transaction fee to shop/customer payments. Payment-provider processing fees remain separate.
