Keep the counter, repair bench and customer connected. RepairHub gives Canadian cell phone and mobile repair businesses one place to manage incoming devices, workshop progress, parts and pickup, with customer repair prices set in Canadian dollars.

For your repair business
Phone repair management built around the working day.
01 / IN PRACTICE
Take walk-ins. Add booking when it helps.
Record an unscheduled arrival at the counter. If you want planned drop-offs, offer an online booking link with your services, repair prices and availability. Online booking is optional; your customers do not all have to make appointments.
02 / IN PRACTICE
Keep a useful repair ticket
Keep the customer, exact device, reported fault and assigned technician together. The Workshop groups jobs by the next operational step while retaining each exact status, including work waiting for a part or a customer decision.
03 / IN PRACTICE
Give customers repair-status access
Share the shop’s customer-facing status access so customers can check their repair progress. Staff continue using the internal Workshop. Keep the public progress and pickup instructions current rather than promising an email at every internal step.
04 / IN PRACTICE
Check parts before promising a finish
Track available stock, record purchase orders and receive parts when they arrive. Check the model and component before assigning stock to a job. Ordering, receiving and fitting a part are separate events.
05 / IN PRACTICE
Record what has been paid
Record cash, card-terminal or bank-transfer payments through the supported workflow. Eligible shops can enable supported Stripe online payments after account approval and connection. Recording a card-terminal payment does not integrate or operate the terminal.
06 / IN PRACTICE
Keep invoices and costs in view
Review invoice balances alongside the job’s payment and repair status. Plans with Money access can show recorded takings, received parts costs and estimated repair profit. These operational records do not replace your complete accounting or tax records.
Canadian shop setup
Check a complete repair during your trial.
Start with the services you actually offer, then follow a device from intake to pickup. Use the 30-day trial to check your setup before choosing the monthly plan that fits your team.
STEP 01
Confirm CAD for your repair prices
Select your shop’s working currency and enter your own CAD prices. Check models, services and attendance instructions. Your RepairHub subscription is separate: Canadian visitors are normally shown USD plans, not a CAD subscription.
STEP 02
Run the counter and bench together
Take in a walk-in, assign the work and check the required part. Keep diagnosis, customer decisions and repair progress in the job record. Check staff and feature limits against the plan before organising your team around them.
STEP 03
Check the customer’s side
If enabled, test your booking link and customer repair-status view. Review payment setup separately, then confirm the recorded balance and invoice at pickup. Offer mail-in work only if it suits your shop and plan, with clear shipping instructions.
Use the currency code as well as the dollar symbol when comparing costs: USD is the subscription default for Canada; CAD is available for your shop’s own repair prices. The GBP amounts in the demonstration image are fictional shop settings.
Canadian pricing and payment setup
USD subscription. CAD repair prices. Separate decisions.
RepairHub subscriptions are available in USD, GBP and EUR; the Canadian pricing default is USD. There is no CAD subscription option. After the 30-day free trial, your selected plan is billed monthly. Your shop can independently set customer repair prices in CAD.
Stripe lists Canada as supported. An eligible, approved connected account and completed RepairHub payment setup are still required.
RepairHub adds no platform transaction fee on customer payments. Provider processing fees remain separate.
A CAD repair price does not guarantee fee-free currency conversion or settlement. Check your bank, card issuer and provider terms separately.
Before you start
Practical questions. Clear answers.
Is this software for cell phone or mobile phone repair shops?
Both terms describe the same handheld-device repair work here. RepairHub manages phone repair tickets, Workshop progress and customer access for iPhone, Android and other devices you configure. It is software for the repair business, not a consumer phone-repair service or a tool that diagnoses the hardware for you.
Is my RepairHub subscription billed in Canadian dollars?
No. Subscription currencies are USD, GBP and EUR, with USD as the Canadian default. The pricing selector and checkout show the selected currency and current plan amount. Your shop’s repair prices are separate and can be in CAD. Check currency conversion or issuer charges with your payment provider; RepairHub does not promise zero FX costs.
Can customers pay my shop in CAD?
Set your shop’s repair prices in CAD and use your supported payment arrangements. Stripe lists Canada as supported, but online payments need an eligible, approved connected account and completed setup. Currency selection alone does not enable that connection. RepairHub adds no platform transaction fee; provider processing fees remain separate.
Are online bookings required to manage walk-in repairs?
No. Walk-ins are a normal operating model and staff can create them directly. Offer online booking when you want customers to arrange visits. A booking concerns arrival; diagnosis, parts and staff availability still determine when the repair can be completed.
Can customers track a repair without my shop having a website?
Yes. Give customers the appropriate status access for an existing repair and, if enabled, share your shop’s booking link. Staff manage the internal workflow separately. A full website can still explain your wider services and business; a booking/status link does not replace all of it.
Do all plans include stock, purchasing and Money?
Check the current plan comparison and staff limits. Features and access depend on the plan and the person’s role. Do not assume the complete operational and financial toolset is included on Starter.
Does choosing Canada configure every provincial tax or payment method?
No. Choosing a shop currency does not establish tax treatment or activate every provider payment method. Review your business details, invoice output and payment setup for your own requirements. No Canadian tax certification, Interac integration or automatic currency conversion is implied.
