Run the counter, repair bench and customer handover in one place. RepairHub gives UK phone and mobile repair businesses a shared view of the working day: what has arrived, what needs attention and what is ready to return.

For your repair business
One repair record. A clearer working day.
01 / IN PRACTICE
Walk-ins and optional online booking
Take in a device at the counter without requiring an appointment. If planned arrivals help your shop, share an online booking link with your own services, prices and availability. Both routes feed the repair workflow.
02 / IN PRACTICE
Workshop and repair-ticket management
Keep the customer, device, reported fault and technician assignment together. Four operational groups make the board readable, while exact job statuses distinguish assessment, repair, waiting work and return.
03 / IN PRACTICE
Customer repair tracking
Give customers their shop’s status link so they can check progress. Keep the customer-facing status accurate while staff use the internal record for parts, assignment and next actions.
04 / IN PRACTICE
Parts, stock and purchasing
Check parts requirements, record purchase orders and receive stock when it arrives. Keep ordered parts separate from available stock, and use your own supplier process to confirm price and delivery.
05 / IN PRACTICE
Payments and outstanding balances
Record cash, card-machine or bank-transfer payments against the booking. Offer supported Stripe deposits or balances after completing the relevant setup. Recording a card-machine payment does not connect or operate the terminal.
06 / IN PRACTICE
Invoices and useful financial records
Create repair or standalone invoices and review their balances and statuses. On an eligible plan, use Money to review recorded takings and received parts costs, with CSV export for those selected records.
Your UK shop setup
Start with the way your shop already works.
Use the 30-day trial to check the complete repair journey. Set up your own services and team first, then enable customer-facing options that suit the business.
STEP 01
Set prices, roles and arrival instructions
Choose GBP for customer repair prices, add the models and services you offer, and check the plan’s staff and feature limits. Set your opening or appointment availability and make attendance instructions clear. Walk-ins can remain your normal intake method.
STEP 02
Follow a job through the Workshop
Receive a device, assign the work and check the part requirement. Keep assessment, customer decisions and parts delays visible. Review the repair outcome and recorded balance before returning the phone.
STEP 03
Add customer access when you are ready
Share an optional booking link and check what the customer sees on their status page. Confirm online-payment setup separately. Offer postal work only if it fits your service and plan, with your own packing and return instructions.
Choose a plan for the work you need: feature access and staff limits vary. A booked arrival is not a guaranteed repair completion time, and postal workflow does not arrange a courier or create shipping labels.
UK pricing and payments
Pounds for your subscription. Your own prices for repairs.
RepairHub offers GBP subscriptions after a 30-day free trial, billed monthly. Set your shop’s repair prices in GBP separately. Stripe lists the UK as supported, but online payments still require an eligible, approved connected account and completed setup.
Check your invoice requirements before issuing documents.
GOV.UK explains the information required on invoices and the additional requirements for VAT invoices. Review your shop details and output against the requirements that apply to your business. A software invoice register is not a guarantee of tax compliance.
What does RepairHub cover for a UK phone repair shop?
RepairHub connects walk-in intake, optional online booking, repair records, Workshop progress and customer tracking. Parts, purchasing, payment records and invoices support the wider operation. Features and staff limits depend on your chosen plan; compare the published plans rather than assuming every feature is on Starter.
Can I pay for RepairHub in pounds?
Yes. GBP subscription pricing is available, with a 30-day free trial followed by a monthly subscription. Plans & pricing shows the current amounts. Your shop’s customer repair prices are a separate setting: choose GBP and enter the amounts your business charges.
Do my customers have to book online?
No. Walk-ins are normal and online booking is optional. You can manage work at the counter, offer appointments as well, or publish appointment-only attendance instructions if that is how your individual business operates. RepairHub does not make appointment-only the default.
Can a UK shop accept customer payments through Stripe?
Stripe lists the United Kingdom as supported. Your business still needs an eligible, approved connected account and completed RepairHub payment setup before offering supported online payments. Choosing GBP does not activate payments. RepairHub adds no platform transaction fee; Stripe or other provider processing fees remain separate.
Are RepairHub invoices automatically VAT-compliant?
Do not assume that using an invoice register establishes VAT compliance. RepairHub creates and manages invoice records, but you should check the generated document and business details against the requirements that apply to your shop. The GOV.UK guidance linked above explains invoice and VAT-invoice requirements.
Can I manage postal repairs alongside walk-ins?
Yes, if postal service is enabled for your shop and selected plan. Jobs retain their intake method and exact status within the Workshop. Use your own delivery and return arrangements; this does not promise a separate postal board, Royal Mail integration or courier tracking.
Do I need a website or a new card machine to get started?
You can share your RepairHub booking link and give customers repair-status access without first building a full website. You can also record payments taken through your existing arrangements. A full website can still support your wider marketing, and recording a card-machine payment is separate from terminal integration.
