Phone repair booking software
Give customers a clear way to arrange a repair, with your shop's devices, repair prices and enabled intake methods. Keep taking walk-ins at the counter, too.

Enable in-person booking, postal service or both. A single enabled method is selected automatically; customers choose when both are available.
Online bookings and staff-created walk-ins feed the same operational workspace. Review a new online booking and complete the required acknowledgement and intake steps.
A practical working day
In-person customers choose an available appointment. Postal customers provide their address instead. The flow follows the method your shop offers.
Customers select from your active catalogue and repair prices. If both intake methods are enabled, they choose In Person or Postal / Mail-in first.
For in-person bookings, choose from the available dates and times. For postal repairs, enter the address details needed for that journey.
Customers enter their contact details and review the booking. Where configured and available, the payment options can include full payment, a deposit or payment on collection.
One enabled method means five steps. In-person plus postal means six, including Method selection. Online booking does not make your shop appointment-only; attendance instructions are your own business policy.

Clear for customers. Useful for staff.
A customer-facing repair view gives people an appropriate view of progress. Your staff keep the internal notes, assignments and Workshop priorities.
Before you start
No. Your shop has a booking link you can share through messages, social profiles or Google Business Profile. If you already have a website, link customers to the same booking page.
Yes. Staff can create walk-in repairs in the application. Enabling online booking does not mean that every customer must book before visiting; any appointment-only attendance message belongs to your shop.
No. A shop offering only in-person or only postal booking has a five-step journey with that method selected. If both are enabled, customers choose at the Method step and the journey has six steps. Postal uses Address where in-person uses Date & Time.
Where your shop has the relevant payment setup and provider access, booking can offer full payment, deposits or payment on collection according to your settings. Online payment is not required for every shop or every booking.
Customers use a secure booking link. The booking lookup asks for the reference and email address and, when they match, sends a secure viewing link to that booking email address.
