For your repair business
Set up for your Irish repair business.
01 / IN PRACTICE
EUR billing and your own repair prices
RepairHub subscriptions are available in EUR. Set your shop’s customer repair prices separately in euros, using the amounts your business charges. Start with a 30-day free trial, followed by a monthly subscription.
02 / IN PRACTICE
Keep walk-ins part of the day
Record unscheduled repairs at the counter. Online booking is optional: enable it if arranging arrivals helps your shop. Offer postal repairs only if they suit your service and plan; a booking page does not make your business appointment-only.
03 / IN PRACTICE
Check the payment connection
Stripe lists Ireland as supported. Online payments through RepairHub still require an eligible, approved connected account and completed setup. RepairHub adds no platform transaction fee; provider processing fees remain separate.
Irish shop setup
Start with the details your team uses every day.
Set the prices, intake options and customer instructions once, then use a real repair to check the handover from counter to bench to collection.
STEP 01
Set the shop’s EUR prices
Enter your business details and configure the devices and repairs you offer. Choose EUR for shop prices and review your repair amounts. This is separate from selecting the currency for your RepairHub subscription.
STEP 02
Make arrival instructions clear
Use Walk-in for customers arriving without a booking. If you offer online appointments, set availability and explain where to attend. For postal work, provide your own packing, delivery and return instructions.
STEP 03
Check a repair through to collection
Record the reported fault, assign the work and check parts. Keep the internal job status accurate, review what the customer-facing status shows and check the recorded balance before handing the device back.
For a shop in Northern Ireland, use the UK setup guide for GBP context. Choose the actual business country and currency during setup; a regional marketing page does not configure them for you.

Country setup is only the starting point. See how repair records, staff handovers, parts and customer access fit together in the wider mobile phone repair workflow.
RepairHub subscription: monthly software billing after the trial.
Customer repair price: the amount your shop sets for its own work.
Payment processing: the provider’s charges and account terms, without an added RepairHub platform transaction fee.
Before you start
Practical questions. Clear answers.
Is this a repair service in Ireland or software for a shop?
RepairHub Global provides software for phone and mobile repair businesses. This guide is for shop owners setting up their workflow. Customers should use the contact, booking or status link supplied by their chosen repair shop.
Can I pay for RepairHub in euros?
EUR subscription pricing is available. Check Plans & pricing for the current amounts and select your billing currency before subscribing. Your shop’s repair prices are a separate setting, so review those in EUR as part of shop setup.
Can I use the Workshop without offering online booking?
Yes. Walk-ins are normal, and online booking is optional. Staff can record repairs at the counter and manage the work in RepairHub. Postal repairs are also optional and depend on your service and selected plan.
Can an Irish shop accept customer payments online?
Stripe lists Ireland as supported, but a country listing alone does not activate payments. Your business needs an eligible, approved connected account and completed setup. RepairHub does not add a platform transaction fee; third-party provider processing fees are charged separately.
What if my shop is in Northern Ireland?
Use the UK setup guide for GBP subscription and shop-currency context. Enter the country and currency that match your actual business. Reading the Ireland guide does not restrict or automatically change your shop settings.
