    01 / IN PRACTICE

See stock by device and repair.

The inventory overview groups parts by device. Check the count, low-stock threshold, supplier and SKU alongside the repair type.

    02 / IN PRACTICE

    Make replenishment visible.

Review out-of-stock and low-stock items, with lead times and recommended quantities in context. Create a purchase order from the item when you need one.

    03 / IN PRACTICE

    Record what actually arrives.

Receive an order with the quantity delivered. RepairHub adds that quantity to the linked stock record, with a place to record the unit cost.

    A practical working day

From a low-stock item to parts on the shelf.

Purchasing gives your team a place to review orders and record incoming stock. It keeps the purchasing decision and the delivery record visible.

    STEP 01

    Check what needs attention.

Review the stock overview and configured thresholds. Supplier, SKU and lead-time details help you decide what to replenish; low-stock items can also be exported as CSV.

    STEP 02

    Review or create the order.

Check active purchase orders before adding another. Record the quantity and cost, then mark the order as ordered when the purchase has been arranged.

    STEP 03

    Receive the delivery.

Enter the quantity received and confirm its cost. Recording receipt increases stock for the linked repair item; it is not inferred from a courier delivery.

A pending purchase-order record is not a confirmed supplier order. Review it and arrange the purchase with your supplier before marking it as ordered.

Parts belong in the repair workflow

Keep the stock and the job in context.

Repair prices, stock quantities and parts costs answer different questions. RepairHub keeps those records connected without treating them as interchangeable.

    The practical details stay visible.

    • Stock and repair settings belong to the device/repair entry in your shop catalogue.
    • Record supplier details, SKU, low-stock threshold and expected lead time.
    • Review active, pending, ordered and received purchase orders.
    • Recorded parts costs support the Money view; estimated profit remains separate from complete business accounts.

    Practical questions.
    Clear answers.

What does the inventory overview track?

For the device/repair entries you configure, it shows stock counts, low-stock thresholds, supplier details, SKUs, lead times and recommended order quantities. It is useful for screens, batteries and the other parts your shop records.

Does RepairHub order parts from suppliers automatically?

A pending purchase order is an internal record, not an order accepted by a supplier. Some paid-booking workflows can create that record when stock is low. Your team still reviews the order, arranges the supplier purchase and records its progress.

How is new stock added after a delivery?

Use the receive action on an eligible purchase order and enter the quantity received. RepairHub adds that quantity to the linked stock record and records the receipt. This is a staff action, not automatic courier confirmation.

Does low stock affect online availability?

The booking calendar can use configured parts lead times when a repair's stock is unavailable. Review your stock and lead-time settings; this is not a promise that a supplier will deliver by a particular date.
