For your repair business
Receive unscheduled repairs at the counter and record the device, customer and reported fault. Add online booking if planned visits help your business. Customers do not have to book an appointment before every repair.
Follow arrivals, active repairs, waiting work and returns on the board. Exact statuses and assignments keep the next action visible. A phone waiting for a component should not look like one being repaired at the bench.
Check the exact phone model before selecting a screen, battery or charging component. Record supplier orders and parts received through the supported workflow, then check readiness before moving the repair forward.
Share the appropriate repair-status access while your team keeps the internal Workshop record. You can also share an optional booking link without first building a website. Your own website can still explain your business and services.
Review recorded payments and balances alongside the repair. Use supported online payments once the provider connection is approved and ready. Recording a payment taken on a separate card terminal does not integrate or operate that terminal.
Check staff, stock and financial features against the selected plan and team roles. Money provides operational figures where included, with estimated-profit limitations explained. These records support the working day; they are not complete business accounts.
Cyprus shop setup
Your RepairHub subscription pays for software. Your repair prices are what customers pay your shop. Both can use EUR, but choosing one does not configure the other or activate online payments.
Start the 30-day free trial and review the plan limits your team needs. EUR subscription pricing is available and is the Cyprus default. Check the selected currency and current monthly amount on the pricing page and at checkout.
Confirm EUR as your working currency, add the devices and repair services you offer, and enter your own customer prices. Review business details, invoice output and repair terms separately from the subscription.
Record a Walk-in, receive the phone and check any part requirement. Follow the permitted stages, review customer progress and record payment and collection. Test optional online booking and connected payments only if you intend to offer them.
A shared currency does not remove provider fees or guarantee fee-free conversion or settlement. The demonstration shows fictional shop data and illustrative GBP amounts; it does not set your own euro repair prices.
Cyprus pricing and provider setup
RepairHub subscriptions support EUR, GBP and USD. Cyprus defaults to EUR, with a 30-day free trial followed by a monthly subscription. Your shop independently chooses its working currency and repair prices. Check the current tier amounts rather than relying on an old quoted starting price.

The official Business in Cyprus checklist covers business planning, structure, premises and registrations. Use it to identify the steps relevant to your shop, alongside appropriate professional advice. A RepairHub account does not register a company, obtain a premises licence or complete tax registration.

RepairHub Global provides software for repair businesses. This page helps owners manage their own shop; it is not a local repair branch or a consumer repair directory. Customers should use their chosen shop’s contact or booking link.
They can be. EUR is the Cyprus subscription default, with GBP and USD also supported. Configure your shop’s EUR repair prices separately. The subscription amount is paid for software; customer repair charges belong to your business. Check the selected currency before subscribing.
Yes. Walk-ins are normal and online booking is optional. Record repairs at the counter and manage them through the Workshop. A shop can ask for appointments in its own attendance instructions, but that is not a standard RepairHub requirement.
Stripe lists Cyprus as supported, subject to account eligibility and approval. Complete the supported account connection and shop setup before offering online payments. Selecting EUR alone does not enable payment processing. RepairHub adds no platform transaction fee; provider processing fees remain separate.
Yes. Configure the devices and repairs you actually handle, including tablets where relevant. Keep the exact model, part requirement and status with each job. The shared workshop does not make one screen or battery suitable for every model.
No. Review business details, customer-facing wording, invoices and tax treatment for your own operation. Do not assume that selecting Cyprus translates every screen, certifies invoices or completes business registrations. Check the actual customer journey during your trial.
