    01 / IN PRACTICE

    ZAR repair prices, USD subscription

Set your customer repair prices in South African rand. RepairHub subscription pricing for South Africa is presented in USD: a 30-day free trial, then monthly billing. A ZAR shop catalogue does not change the software subscription currency.

    02 / IN PRACTICE

Start with the work you already do

Take normal walk-ins, assign jobs and keep parts and customer progress visible. Online booking is optional. Choose attendance and return instructions that fit your shop, rather than treating a booking page as an appointment-only policy.

    03 / IN PRACTICE

Do not assume a Paystack connection

Stripe lists South Africa through its extended network, Paystack. Paystack is a separate service requiring its own account; RepairHub does not currently provide a Paystack integration. ZAR pricing alone does not establish online-payment availability. RepairHub adds no platform transaction fee; provider processing fees remain separate.

    South African shop setup

Make the workshop useful before enabling extra services.

Configure your own repair services and customer instructions, then follow a job from intake to return. Treat online-payment eligibility as a separate check.

    STEP 01

    Set the shop’s rand prices

Choose ZAR for the customer repair catalogue and enter the services and models you support. Check subscription pricing separately in USD, including any conversion charged by your billing provider.

    STEP 02

    Connect the counter and technician

Record the device, reported fault and customer details. Assign the job and keep its exact status current while assessment, parts or a customer decision are outstanding. Review the simpler customer-facing status too.

    STEP 03

    Reconcile the return

Check the repair outcome and recorded balance before collection or dispatch. Use your established payment arrangements unless a supported online connection has been confirmed; do not promise a payment method because the catalogue displays rand.

Stripe’s extended-network listing is not evidence that a South African shop can activate RepairHub’s Stripe connection. Confirm the supported route for your business before relying on online payments.

Cell phone jobs are part of the whole repair business.

    Three separate commercial decisions

    • RepairHub subscription: monthly software billing after the 30-day trial, presented in USD.
    • Shop pricing: your own repair charges configured in ZAR.
    • Payment provider: eligibility, integration and processing charges must be checked independently.

    Practical questions.
    Clear answers.

Is this a South African cell phone repair service?

RepairHub Global supplies software to repair businesses. This guide helps owners set up their workshop, prices and customer access. It is not a local repair-service listing or a claim of a South African office.

Can I price repairs in South African rand?

Yes. Select ZAR for your shop currency and enter your own repair prices. Software subscription pricing for South Africa is presented in USD, separately from customer repair prices. Check Plans & pricing for current amounts.

Does Stripe’s South Africa listing mean online payments will work?

Not by itself. Stripe lists South Africa through Paystack, an extended-network service with a separate account. RepairHub does not currently provide a Paystack integration. Confirm a supported, eligible connection before offering online payments; choosing ZAR does not enable it.

Can I use RepairHub without online bookings or payments?

Yes. You can record walk-ins and manage repair work, parts and customer handovers without offering online booking or connected payments. Keep your own payment arrangements and repair records accurate. Add online services only when they suit your business and are supported.

Does RepairHub add a fee to each customer payment?

No RepairHub platform transaction fee is added. RepairHub uses a monthly subscription after the free trial. Third-party payment-provider processing fees remain separate and are charged by the provider.
