Run the counter, repair bench and customer handover from one place. RepairHub helps Australian mobile phone repair businesses manage incoming devices, parts, progress and payments, with your own repair prices in Australian dollars.

For your repair business
Keep the whole repair in view.
01 / IN PRACTICE
Welcome walk-ins. Offer booking if useful.
Create a Walk-in for an unscheduled visit. Add an online booking link when planned arrivals help your shop, with the services, prices and availability you choose. Online booking is optional; appointments are not the default requirement for every repair business.
02 / IN PRACTICE
Give each device a useful job record
Keep the customer, exact model, fault, assignment and repair status together. The Workshop groups arrivals, active work, waiting jobs and returns without losing the precise stage of each repair.
03 / IN PRACTICE
Let customers check their repair
Use customer-facing repair-status access to share progress and collection information. Staff keep the internal job up to date. Customers do not need access to the workshop board or a new website just to check an existing repair.
04 / IN PRACTICE
Connect parts to the work
Check stock for the correct model, record purchase orders and receive parts when they arrive. Keep a part on order distinct from a part ready to fit before promising that a screen or battery replacement can begin.
05 / IN PRACTICE
Record payments and outstanding balances
Record cash, card-terminal or bank-transfer payments through the supported workflow. Eligible shops can connect supported Stripe online payments. Recording a counter payment does not operate an EFTPOS terminal or establish a new terminal integration.
06 / IN PRACTICE
Keep invoices alongside the repair
Check invoices and recorded balances before collection. Plans with Money access also support operational takings, received parts costs and estimated repair profit. Check plan and role limits; these records do not replace complete accounting or tax advice.
Australian shop setup
Try the full journey, not just a booking form.
Use the 30-day free trial to follow a repair from arrival to return. Start with the way your own workshop operates, then choose the monthly plan that fits.
STEP 01
Set your shop’s AUD prices
Confirm AUD as the shop’s working currency, add the models and repairs you offer, and enter your own prices. Review business details and customer instructions. RepairHub subscription pricing is a separate decision, normally displayed in USD for Australia.
STEP 02
Connect the counter and workshop
Create a walk-in, assign the job and check the part required. Move through the permitted repair stages and record customer decisions. Check staff access and feature limits before organising your team around a plan.
STEP 03
Check booking, tracking and handover
If you enable online booking, check the customer journey and arrival instructions. Review repair-status access, payment setup and invoice output. Complete a collection in the job record so ready-for-return work remains distinct from returned devices.
The GBP amounts in the genuine demonstration capture belong to a fictional shop. They are not Australian repair prices or a subscription quote. Confirm the currency code, not just the dollar symbol, when reviewing your setup.
Australian commercial setup
USD subscription. AUD repair prices.
RepairHub subscriptions are offered in USD, GBP and EUR. Australian visitors normally see USD plans; there is no AUD subscription option. After the 30-day free trial, the selected plan is billed monthly. Your shop can independently set customer repair prices in AUD.
Stripe lists Australia as supported. An eligible, approved connected account and completed RepairHub payment setup are still required.
RepairHub adds no platform transaction fee on shop/customer payments; provider processing fees remain separate.
Choosing AUD does not guarantee fee-free currency conversion or settlement. Check bank, card-issuer and provider terms separately.
Local business resource
Review your written repair notices.
ACCC guidance covers repair notices for products that store user data and repairs that may involve refurbished parts or goods. Review the current requirements and your intake documents before starting work. A RepairHub ticket or status page does not replace required notices.
Is RepairHub for mobile phone repair shops or mobile app development?
RepairHub is software for businesses repairing physical devices: iPhones, Android phones, tablets and other devices you configure. It manages tickets, workshop progress and customer access. It is not an app-maintenance service or a tool that diagnoses hardware faults for you.
Is my subscription charged in Australian dollars?
No. Subscription currencies are USD, GBP and EUR, with USD the Australian default. The pricing selector and checkout show the selected currency and plan amount. Your own repair prices can be in AUD. Bank, issuer or provider conversion charges are separate.
Can I take online repair payments in Australia?
Stripe lists Australia as supported, subject to account eligibility and approval. Complete the supported connection and payment setup for your shop. AUD pricing alone does not activate online payments. RepairHub adds no platform transaction fee; provider processing fees remain separate.
Can I use the Workshop without requiring online appointments?
Yes. Walk-ins are a normal workflow. Offer online booking only if it helps customers arrange visits. If your individual business requires an appointment, make that clear in your own attendance instructions; it is not a standard RepairHub policy.
Do all plans include the same staff and financial tools?
No. Check the current plan comparison and staff limits. Access also depends on the person’s role. Do not assume Starter includes every stock, purchasing or Money capability shown in the product demonstration.
Does Australian setup automatically make my invoices and intake legally compliant?
No. Review your business details, invoice output, customer terms and repair notices against your own requirements. Choosing Australia or AUD does not certify GST treatment, create legal notices or guarantee compliance with Australian Consumer Law.
