For your repair business
Three decisions for your US setup.
01 / IN PRACTICE
Your subscription and your repair prices
RepairHub subscriptions are available in USD. Your shop’s repair prices are a separate setting: choose USD and enter the amounts you charge customers. Start with a 30-day free trial, then a monthly subscription.
02 / IN PRACTICE
Walk-ins first, online booking if useful
Take unscheduled repairs at the counter. Enable online appointments or mail-in repairs if they suit your business and plan. An online booking page is optional; it does not make your shop appointment-only.
03 / IN PRACTICE
Online payments need an approved account
Stripe lists the US as supported. Accepting online payments through RepairHub still depends on an eligible, approved connected account and completed setup. RepairHub adds no platform transaction fee; provider processing fees are separate.
US shop setup
Start with the way your counter actually works.
A screen replacement, an uncertain charging fault and a repair awaiting a part need different next actions. Configure those working details before sharing your booking link.
STEP 01
Set the shop’s identity and prices
Add your real business details, choose USD for shop prices and configure the devices and repairs you offer. Use your own contact details and repair terms.
STEP 02
Choose how devices reach you
Keep walk-ins available. If you enable online appointments, configure your availability. If you offer mail-in repairs, provide your own shipping and return instructions; a repair workflow is not a carrier-label integration.
STEP 03
Follow a job from intake to pickup
Record the device and reported fault, assign the work and check any part requirement. Keep the exact repair status current and use the customer-facing status view to explain progress.
Example workflow, not a promise of same-day repair or automatic messages at every internal stage. Your staff control the repair decisions and customer communication.

Before you start
Practical questions. Clear answers.
Is this software for a repair business, or somewhere to book a repair?
RepairHub Global provides software for repair businesses. This US page helps a shop owner plan their setup. Customers book or check progress through their chosen repair shop’s own link.
Are US subscriptions billed in dollars?
USD subscription pricing is available. Check Plans & pricing for the current tier amounts and choose your billing currency before subscribing. Shop repair prices are configured separately; they are not the price of the RepairHub subscription.
Can a walk-in store use RepairHub without online appointments?
Yes. Walk-ins are a normal operating model. You can record repairs at the counter and manage them through the Workshop without requiring customers to book online first. Online booking and mail-in are optional.
Does a US address guarantee online payment access?
No. Stripe supports the US, but your business still needs to satisfy the provider’s account and verification requirements and complete the RepairHub connection setup. Country or currency selection alone does not activate payment processing.
Does RepairHub take a percentage of customer payments?
RepairHub does not add a platform transaction fee to shop/customer payments. Third-party payment-provider processing fees, such as Stripe fees, are separate and are charged by the provider.
