The complete operating picture
One repair business.
Connected working tools.
A booking calendar alone does not show the part you are waiting for or the balance at handover. Follow the job across the areas that keep a phone repair shop running.
Run the shop
See arrivals, Workshop Pulse and work needing attention. Start with today's priorities, then open the job detail.
Bring work in
Create counter walk-ins and enable online booking when it suits the shop. Keep customer, device and repair details together.
Organise the repair bench
Follow arrivals, work in the workshop, waiting jobs and repairs ready for return. Exact statuses stay visible on each job.
Connect the parts
Check stock for the repair, review purchase orders and record the quantity delivered. A supplier purchase still needs your team.
Follow payment records
Keep invoices and outstanding balances in view. Online payment options depend on your shop setup and provider availability.
Understand the numbers
Review recorded receipts and parts costs. Estimated repair profit helps you examine the work; it is not complete business accounts.
Staff workspace / customer experience
One job.
The right detail for each person.
An owner reviewing the day, a technician replacing a screen and a customer waiting for collection need different information.
Keep the boundaries clear.
- Owners and permitted staff manage shop operations and account settings.
- Technicians follow assignments, job details and permitted next actions.
- Customers use your shop-branded booking journey and secure repair-status view.
Internal stages and customer-facing status are separate. A Workshop move does not mean every stage sends a customer email.
Choose it against your actual work
Try a repair from intake to return.
During the trial, configure a device and repair you handle often. Take in a test job, assign the work and follow its permitted stages. Check how your team will handle a part delay and the final balance.
Compare repair and staff limits by plan →Phone, cell phone or mobile phone?
The same platform serves the work behind each term. Choose the guide closest to your shop:
- Cell phone repair software for US shops — counter intake, parts inventory, pickup and USD.
- Mobile phone repair shop software — shop and customer journeys, with country guides.

Phone repair shop software FAQs
What should phone repair shop software bring together?
Start with the complete repair: customer and device details, the reported fault, repair price, technician, parts, progress and handover. RepairHub connects those records with bookings, inventory, purchase orders, invoices and payment records. Available features and limits depend on your plan.
Is RepairHub a phone flashing or diagnostic tool?
No. RepairHub is software for running the repair business. It organises jobs, people, parts and customer records; it does not flash firmware, unlock devices or diagnose hardware faults for you.
Can we manage walk-ins without offering online booking?
Yes. Staff can create walk-in jobs. Online booking and postal service are optional ways to accept work, not requirements for running your workshop. Your own business decides whether customers need an appointment before visiting.
Can owners and technicians work from the same system?
Yes. RepairHub has owner, admin, staff and technician roles. People see and act on the areas permitted by their role and shop access; an assigned technician does not need billing or account-management authority to work on a repair.
Does every Workshop status send a customer notification?
No. Exact internal stages, assignments and priorities help your team manage the job. The customer-facing status and messaging are separate. Customers can use a secure repair-status link; an internal move does not mean that every stage sends an email.
Are the cell phone and mobile phone pages different products?
No. They describe the same RepairHub platform with examples and terminology suited to different readers. Your shop setup, selected plan and available payment providers determine how you use it, not the category page you start from.
